This Weight Loss Plan

This is an extreme guide. It takes a while to adjust to this. But if you do your best sticking it out, you’ll accomplish and then cry in the mirror with happiness.

  • I got VERY fat 220lbs. I’m now 170 after a few months of THIS diet. It’s worked wonders for me! You can see my stretch marks in my stomach and legs in some of my pics.
  • It doesn’t lecture you over the “bad” things that you shouldn’t be doing. It doesn’t scream “YOU NEED TO BE HEALTHY” over and over. I don’t throw judgements here. Can’t google shit without some “fitness” expert telling you what to do that’s healthy. Yeah, we get it. But, I want FAST results… I care more about my outside than inside so fuck off experts.
  • Suppresses appetite. It feels good not to be hungry. Let the pills and ingredients work together. It takes a good week to create effect but it may take a lot longer before your body stops hating you.
  • Stomach aches for the first week or two, maybe longer. Stomach ache = not hungry.
  • Immediate results in 2-3 days.
  • Similar to the Christian Bale diet, but a little more pleasant.

What you will need before you begin!

IF Purging Happens (throwing up)

  • During any time, during any step, it’s okay to throw up. If you took a pill prior to throwing up, wait for your next scheduled dose before taking another.

Daily Routine (do your best to adjust to this)

  • Take (1) Hydroxycut & (1) OLLY gummy when you wake up. Avoid ALL carbs! Let your body destroy and use your fat & muscle for energy.
  • Take a fish oil pill.
  • Drink water often.
  • Drink lemon juice whenever you’re feeling hungry. Drink a sip every 2mins until hunger goes away.
  • Dizziness is natural for the first week.
  • 6-8 hrs later, repeat (1) Hydroxycut & (1) OLLY gummy. IF heart issues or sensitive to caffeine, AVOID another Hydroxycut until you get used to the increased caffeine.
  • Take another fish oil pill.
  • Drink lemon juice when needed. A sip here and there.
  • Drink some Detox tea. Do this multiple times a day if you’d like.
  • You can drink other tea’s but be careful. Some may fuck you up. I found ginger tea really hurts with the OLLY gummies. But, everyone is different. Also peppermint tea hurts me.
  • Take your 1-a-day vitamin before bed. You need vitamins for brain and eye support so you don’t hinger your senses while you starve yourself. Don’t go blind or go retarded. Just get the damn vitamin pill.

Every Wednesday & Saturday

  • Eat dinner. Whatever you want but do NOT snack. Just eat a meal. AVOID all soda. Your bones will have enough hard time with a carb-free diet during the week. You should shit ALL of that food out when you wake up. Thanks to the 1066grams of Chronium in the OLLY gummies that finally worked.
  • Personally, I eat once every day now but I’m also crazy active. I work on cars 10hrs, box 🥊, and walk a mile every day. But I still do my hydroxycut, gummies, lemon juice, detox tea, etc etc. I never used to be this active but since I’ve overcome being super overweight, I have this really fun vibe to be active. I have so much endurance now. When I was 220 lbs, I had a hard time even walking around in the house. It’s embarrassing but this diet saved me. Since I lost all of this weight very quickly it’s very easy to get it back so if you lose all of this weight and then eat without the supplements, and without being active, you will gain all of it back FAST!! That’s why I still have to take the gummies, hydroxycut, and drink lemon juice.

Concerns

  • If you pee a lot, that’s fat leaving your body.
  • If you fart a lot, that’s your body trying to digest the shit in your stomach at a very fast pace thanks to the supplements.
  • If your knees hurt, this is natural. Ibuprofen, 800mg. Don’t stress them further for a while. Let your body adjust. I.e. don’t go for a walk or do an activity for another 6-12 hrs. Take a hot bath.
  • If your heart hurts, avoid Hydroxycut for 24 hrs. If it continues, avoid Hydroxycut for 48 hrs. If continues, repeat the 48hrs. If it’s been a week, avoid hydroxycut and try again in the future. Continue to take the gummies during this period though as usual.
  • If you can feel your heart beating hard, use only (1) hydroxycut a day until you feel your body adjust.
  • It’s okay to begin this diet with just the gummies for the first week but it’ll be harder to help your cravings/hunger issues.
  • If your muscles hurt anywhere, this is natural. This is your body absorbing your body to fuel its energy.
  • Consistent joint pain, have a carb snack twice a day. A small bag of chips or something. Avoids nuts/seeds as these contain protein.
  • If any other issues, like eyesight issues, twitching issues, etc… slowly go back onto your fat food binge. Do NOT cold turkey off of this plan. Your stomach may be so adjusted to not eating with the Chronium, that you won’t be able to keep food down and you’ll be in the ER. Wheen off slowly. Take half a gummy and start eating more carbs and go from there. Go with how your body feels.

Boredom?

  • Masterbate.
  • Online dating. Using phone keeps mind busy and most cannot eat while nervous on a date.
  • Work.
  • Clubs. Partying.
  • Find a hobby. Mine’s working on cars.
  • Gaming.
  • Go for long walks.
  • Do your makeup.
  • Slap your stomach or face when hungry.
  • Workout in your house whenever you’re hungry. Any activity works. Even dancing like a zombie.
  • Buy a VR headset and go crazy.

Bad ideas?

  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Avoid movies, series, and TV. Unless you can handle NOT eating your old ways.
  • Avoid bed unless you’re absolutely ready to sleep.
  • Avoid going out too much with a close friend because you’ll want to eat.
  • Avoid friends that aren’t supportive, you don’t need the lecture about “how you’re harming yourself” blah blah blah
